Recognize the material

Amaranthus caudatus has long drooping tassels made up of many small flowers. The hanging section can extend below the main flower group.

Botanical reference: Amaranthus caudatus — NC State Extension

Make a deliberate design choice

Hold a real tassel beside the intended vessel and table. A design can meet a rough height ratio while the tassel touches the surface. Record the hanging length separately from total stem length.

A comparison you can reproduce

Enter one Love-lies-bleeding stem beside three upright stems as an exploratory draft. Use counts for purchasing, then inspect the real trailing shape; the SVG does not model gravity or contact with neighboring stems.

The comparison is an original BLUMIVELA planning exercise, not a tested arrangement or a botanical treatment.
